It's very simple to see the problem with green using a value of &c00FF00.

Did you enter a bug report for this?

I saw something similar when i started playing with them, but not
exactly that

Awhile back speaking about Menu Item Icons that were kist rectangles
of color on OSX I posted:

I can't find my test code right now to specifically check green - I
may have deleted it.
