I've been working on converting the Mac-only tool I wrote to create help systems for my applications to a cross-platform application. It is currently compiled as a Mac app and as a Windows app. More importantly, the files it creates should be usable on any platform that RB supports.
I'd be interested in having others test this, particularly on Windows (but also on the Mac).
