RB200x has some similar features already built in.

If you right click on a method name xxx, one of the choices is GoTo xxx which takes you to where that method is defined.

To go the other way and see every where a method is used, first double click on the method name to select it, then right click and use the Find command which will list all occurrence of that name.

I agree it would be nice to see a method dependency map of some sort though. It would probably be a great teaching aid for most of us as to the importance of proper OOP techniques. :-)
