Well I hardly qualify as an expert but a simple reading of RB's target platforms makes it clear that it does not support Windows Mobile. I believe there is a feature request that you can sign onto. It's not hopeless, I recall reading a MacTech interview with Geoff in which he expressed an interest in mobile...
