I've this in my plugins for some time now:
NewInstanceMBS(ClassName as string) as object
Can be used like this:
dim o as Object
dim d as Dictionary
o=NewInstanceMBS("Dictionary")
if o isa Dictionary then
d=Dictionary(o)
end if
