Is there a way to get a title bar to respond to events, specifically a mouse enter or mouse over event, so that a window can remain over the desktop with just its title bar showing and then show the entire window when the mouse enters the title bar? I'm refering to windows at this time. I'll work on MAC later. If the only way to do this is with API calls, which ones should I use and are there examples of those APIs being used somewhere?Sincerely,Steven Hedgepeth
