Report Ids:

- CheckBox: stkytast <http://snipurl.com/stkytast>
- RadioButton: pumezhxm <http://snipurl.com/pumezhxm>
- Slider: rkrupsvu <http://snipurl.com/rkrupsvu>

But RS has responded:
This is not a bug -- a checkbox gets its background color via its
parent correctly as set at design time, but it is not a transparent
control (nor should it be as this is not normal Win32 behavior) and
so it will not display correctly over a background image. Your test
uses the Paint event, and the checkbox will not respond to anything
drawn manually in the paint event.

So what is it you would have them do?
