Hi Joe,
I just downloaded r4b1 and they haven't really fixed it. Later today I will 
file an update to the bug report. For now, I have two questions?

What is the advantage in saving these as XML?
Until RS gets this fixed, could you make the module available as an exported 
module?

I can't open the newest utils in r2 or r1 because the IDE throws a 
NilObjectException.

I can open a previous version of the Utils in r1, but I can't export the 
module as it is linked to an external file.
