I can't select 'KOI8-R' here either. I sent a sample project to a
Russian friend with Russian Windows XP and he got the same error. At
first glance I would have said it is a codepage not installed
problem, at least on my side but as it doesn't work on a Russian
Windows XP machine either I just wonder if there isn't something else.
If you fixed the problem let me know so I can remove the report else
please vote.

Hi everyone,
A user is asking me why the encoding "KOI8-R" isn't available from
my Encoding Master. I can't see it on my PC either.
I'm not sure if Encodings.KOI8_R is returning nil, or if
GetTextConverter( Encodings.UTF8, Encodings.KOI8_R ) is returning
nil... Should be one or the other.
How can I get Encodings.KOI8_R to turn up on my PC? Do I need to
install some codepage? Or what?
