In one of my declares, I am passing a MemoryBlock pointer to get a
string value. According to the Apple documentation, the return value
is a StringPtr.
How would I be able to get the String encoding and define it so that
REALbasic knows? Or do I just use the Encodings.SystemDefault as a
"best guess"?
