OS Version: Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
RB Version: REALbasic 5.5.5 Professional Edition
MySQL Version: 5.0.0-alpha-nt
Issue: IntegerColumn value keeps getting translated to a text value in
the SQL string passed to MySQL. eg.
dim rec as DatabaseRecord
dim i as Integer
rec = new DatabaseRecord
i=1
rec.IntegerColumn("Number_Field")=i
Error: /Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version
for the right syntax to use near (Number_Field) VALUES ('1')
/Anyone know why this is happening? For present I'll just create the SQL
string on the fly, but the code is cleaner if I can get the
DatabaseRecord to work.
