I had a feeling that 4sightfax was once a Java app as well and that
now it wasn't.
That mirrors what happened with 4-Sight Fax. I did the Java to RB
port almost a couple years ago now. I think the problems with the
Java implementation was not intrinsic to Java but to the way it was
written. Basically, the Java code was awful. Of course there are
things that you get with RB that Java will never be able to approach,
like faster startup times and code easier to maintain, and because of
that I think this app should have been written in RB in the first place.
I've moved on to other things now, I work at Elluminate <http://
www.elluminate.com>, back in the land of Java. However I think that
whoever works on 4-Sight Fax now is on this list.
