I really like this idea. Having to wait 2-3 months for bugs to be
fixed is frankly very annoying.
A quick point release, especially after a version such as r4 which
has SO many new features, to squash bugs would IMHO be very very
nice. It would go a long way to restore my confidence in "Rapid
Release" where it seems they are working against some artificial
deadline and need to "rapidly release it" before all the bugs-bugs
have been worked out.
I have also come to realize, as mentioned by another poster, that as
RS is fixing bugs the are also other bugs being created by the bug-
fix. So a quick point release to hit those bugs and some of the more
serious bugs would be very nice.
And may I put my vote in for a whole version just dedicated to bug
fixes! I would love to get a super solid release of RB without
having to worry about something not working as it should.

It would be nice if there could at least be one "dot" release

to light - some of which might be serious to some users. At least
one minor
release would be a good idea imo.
