I'm almost sure in previous versions unhandled exceptions were fired,
even in a thread.
Anyway this is a very subtle bug because we have no methods to
control and notice an unhandled exception. Indeed exceptions are
caught and the program flow stops where the exception occurred, but
we can't notice that because of this bug. So the program appear to
working properly but it's not.
I'm still looking for a workaround... please help!
