other tools are interarchy (not free but nice tool that works in demo mode if you are fearful of the command line ;) I really like tcpflow <http://www.entropy.ch/software/macosx/welcome.html#tcpflow> a little more user friendly on the output for me then tcpdump easy to install and pretty darn versatile.
