Vancouver has the mildest average weather in Canada both in winter
and summer. That's one reason it is considered one of the ten most
desirable (and most expensive) areas to live in in the world. Some
refer to it as "Lotus Land". :)
While the Canadians in the prairie provinces and Eastern Canada are
digging themselves out of snowdrifts during the real winter months,
we are often playing golf. Sometimes in the rain however. At least
you don't have to shovel rain. :)
With any luck, you will not see any rain at all as it has been
unusually dry this year. Even Tofino,BC, the wettest place in Canada,
had a water shortage recently.
