Try using version numbers like 1.x or 3.x
If you offer Intel only version and PPC only, make the user go to a
separate page which does not hav UB Logo anywhere on it.
Mind though, I am not a lawyer.

Hi and thanks for your reply.
App names .. Perhaps "myApp PPC" and "myApp i386" should work..
Separate download pages, yes... The problem is now when you should do
a new release ....
1. Compile 3 times (with 3 app names)
2. Create 3 bundles and do a check
3. Create 3 dmgfiles and do uploads
4. Change your homepage
I just wonder if it is not better to just compile to UB to avoid
mistakes
But it feels some wrong to have a 7.3MB file when you could download
a 3.6MB Intel only file
My download packages:
Universal 7.2MB (needed for download sites like VersionTracker ... )
Intel 3.6MB
PPC 4.0MB
