Apart from making sure you have updated your remote debugger stub (new version for r4) that is worrying - I rely very heavily on remote debugging but am unable to test it in the demo and am postponing my RB2006 upgrade until absolutely necessary.
Also breakpoints aren't working well at all, in a complex project debugger break in completely wrong positions.
