Sadly, I don't think this is it, either. There are comparable rows
already in the listbox which display with no problem.
I've added a line in my loop after I populate the cell that calls
EditCell... that seems to work, although it's a pretty silly
workaround.

No, but I would look further into the code where you are making the
cells editable. This might be affecting the re-drawing of the cell
contents. Also, have you considered upgrading to 5.5.5 as it is
within your license's scope. This, however, must now be done through
a request to REAL Software.
Other than that, I don't think I can be of much further help.
