I proposed the additional idea of a forum/Mailing list linked to feature
requests. This would allow discussion on any idea to be easily visible to
RS employees going through the FR system. It would also provide a means of
separating all discussion re future features from ongoing support issues and
questions on the CURRENT version of RB - as happens in the current NUG
mailing list and their forum.

I also think it would be good if RS could somehow compbine/merge the NUG
mailing list with their forums. In other words just make the mailing list
another way of accessing threads present on their "bulletin board" and vice
a versa. It would give people who simply want to "dip in" to ongoing
mailing list discussions a means of participating, without having to sign up
to the mailing list. And people who normally post only to the forums asking
for support, would have access to the people on the NUG mailing list. (
They would become one and the same )
