Subject: Strange beeps in RB

Is anyone getting "beeps" from RB R4 intermittently ?
It seems to be happening when one first clicks on a method name or
clicking
on a different tab. And seems to be occurring when RB is first
displaying
code for certain methods. Subsequent viewings often make the beep
go away.
I also suspect the beeps go away if I make an edit change to the
particular
methods source and save it.
I have found this in earlier versions of RB too.
I think I discovered how this is happening. If you have a long
function and have your cursor at the very bottom and switch to
another function that is short, the cursor is forced to go to another
spot. It's just a guess on my part, but that seemed to be the
results of my testing.
