You're right, "foreign languages" is a bit ambiguous. I guess I was
just being an Ugly American.
Yes, Chinese and Japanese characters should work fine now, as long as
the socket's Encoding property is set to UTF-8.

"foreign" languages you mean different caracter set I guess. (for
many of us, english is a foreign language ;))
btw, can you use chinese/japanese caracters in names now ?
