I'm pretty sure the Windows HIG calls for the caption to be on the
right. That's how Explorer does it...
If the toolbar is customized to show "selective text on right", only
SOME buttons shows the label - not all.
When using the following Toolbar options:
- Text options: Show labels
- Icon options: Small (or Large) icons
All buttons shows the labels below the icon - the default if you want
to see labels for all buttons.
