Hello,
With a system settled to FRANCE in the 3 cases, d.longDate give :
MacOS X : jeudi 19 octobre 2006
Windows : jeudi 19 octobre 2006
Linux : jeudi, octobre 19, 2006
Thank you for the answer...
Under MacOS X and Windows everything is correct.
For Linux, I wrote some lines.
But what is bizarre, it is that the date settledand displayed with
Linux is correctly written.
I don't know which of the above would be considered the correct one
for French. Do you mean that in the Linux system settings you have
defined "jeudi 19 octobre 2006" and RB apps still output "jeudi,
octobre 19, 2006"?
But it's not important.
Well, I think it is - if there are issues or gotchas with this, I'd
like to know ;-)
Cheers,
Frank+++
