Although it's been a long time since I did modem work, the line where the "
AT&FE0S95=45&D3S7=120W2+MS=11,1,300,33600" gets sent doesn't resemble
anything I've seen that fits the AT command syntax.

More specifically, the "+MS=11,1,300,33600". Most of the modems have a 40
character buffer so that line technically fits, but it just doesn't look
right to me.

Those look to me like they are talking to the driver or configuring
something since there is no MS AT command and 33600 looks like a baud rate.

Perhaps taking the whole string apart and looking at what each piece does
might lead to a solution. I found a reference to the AT command set:

BTW to pick up the phone and dial? ATDT5558855 with a CR and skip the rest
of the stuff. Course it's going to be wanting a modem to respond on the
other end.
