Thanks to everyone on this topic, I have solved the problem now by cutting
up the text into the alpha(string) and number(Integer) then applying
"sortwith" to the integer to keep them in parallel. Then running a loop for
the other different prefix alpha codes (NCP) before populating them to a
popmenu.

Going to bed now 03:33hrs had enough but another problem solved for my
project, doesn't time fly!!!
