HelpLogic, so that RB developers can easily publish API docs of their
commercial and open source RB classes into various help formats like
Web-based Help and PDF from within HelpLogic. Not sure when this feature
will get added, but it's definitely on the "to do" list.

Even with that said, if Joe's implementation is almost finished, I'm sure RB
developers would definitely benefit from it.   :-)

Especially since it requires no special format as I believe it can read the RB Project file directly

Something like "JavaDoc for RB" is what I'm hoping for
