I've already searched the archives for a solution, without luck. The
solutions listed work for bringing an existing window to the front,
but that's not what I want to do. I have an application that runs
without a window. Certain actions will bring up an OpenDialog, but it
always appears behind all other windows. Using SetForegroundWindow
won't do the trick because 1) OpenDialog is modal and 2) I can't get
a handle to the dialog.
Is there another way do this on Windows?
