I've just finally started using RB 2006 after using RB 4.5 for a
while and my build script no longer works. I was using AppleScript
to automate the build.
I did find some references in the forum and this mailing list like
"rbidescript" and an RB script to set version strings and to start
the build but I think I've hit a wall. It seems others have had
similar problems...
- DoCommand("BuildApp") returns before the build is done. When using
AppleScript this was not the case, the "Build" AppleScript was sync.
- I can't Close or Save using DoCommand("FileCloseWindow") or
DoCommand("FileSave"). Recording does not record Save or Close...
- I can Quit RB using an AppleScript but since now I set app version
strings the project is dirty.
Can anyone shed any light on this? Can RS comment?
