I'm currently evaluating the classes
http://www.kanzu.com/index.html - Image info Classes. They are
commercial, but they do EXIF and IPTC and parse faster than anything
else I have found.
http://www.lajdesignsw.com/rb/index.html - IPTC Classes. They appear
to be freeware, but they have a couple of known issues.
