You get this understanding only on a PPC Mac I think.
But what's more important is that this is the result of a division of
doubles not of integer:
dim d As Double
dim i As Integer
i=100/0
d=100/0
me.Text = "d=" + str(d) + " i=" + str(i)
Gives "d=INF i=2147483647".

PS. I think this is not a good behavior of RB since it could lead to
hard to find errors...
