You could add a celltag when you create the Folder row which signifies it as such.

I'd like to highlight a folder that the item is dragged over it (and unhighlight it when the drag leaves). I can get the row and column the drag is hovering over, but I don't know how to tell if the row is a folder or not so as to highlight it (or not).
