Inputting many constants

[Rubber Chicken Software Co.]

I have to input about 200-300 constants, and I dread having to use 
the IDE to input them all in.

I'd rather take a piece of text and compose it that way, then somehow 
enter it in.

Is there an easy way to do this? (hack or not a hack?)
