I guess you'd need to have a conditional loop in the CellTextPaint event that by default is set to false. When you want to set the text colours, call

ListBoxColorTextCondition = true
Listbox.invalidateCell(-1,-1) //forcesz a redraw of all listbox cells. Cleaner than calling listbox.refresh
