I am trying to find a way to make the help tags stay open longer in
my app. On RB items like listboxes, editfields,etc, you can put a
bit of help text, that pops up when the user puts his mouse over
the item when the app is running. However, they seem to disappear
after 10 seconds. Is there a way to make them stay open as long as
the user hovers over the item?
I took a quick look at the Carbon Help Manager docs and I didn't see
any function that might allow you do this.
