FMOD Ex <http://fmod.org> is a cross platform audio library that
supports a wide range of audio formats and playback options,
including a physically correct 3D audio engine. The FMOD Ex Audio
Classes are free and open source classes for REALbasic 2005r1 and
higher that hook into FMOD Ex and implement a subset of its
functionality via familiar REALbasic style interfaces.
Version 0.5b is a maintenance release that fixes compatibility issues
with the new FMOD Ex 4.06.00 release. General improvements and a new
error logging interface are also included, plus updated documentation
with detailed instructions on how to get FMOD Ex working with Mac OS
X Universal Binary targets.
The FMOD Ex Audio Classes are compatible with Mac OS X PowerPC/Intel/
Universal, Windows, and Linux. The free download includes full source
code:
