OK, I just compiled my monster app as a PPC Mach-O rather than PPC
PEF and the bwihwzrp seems fixed. I can live with Mach-O.
However, I get hard crashes when running other more complex scripts
(that run fine under 5.5.5). I will need to investigate further
before I lay the blame on RBScript.
The IDE is horribly slow on my 1.67GHz PPC PowerBook (with 7200rpm
drive). Adding or changing a property, for example, takes 30 seconds.
Not to mention that 5.5.5 creates a 19MB executable. The identical
code in 2007r1fc6 produces a 40MB executable. i.e. over 200% larger
for no additional functionality.
However, I will shut up a lot at this point and go and find the
latest bugs, even if doing so is like wading through molasses.

Hi Paul,
I had the same PB. The IDE was fine for me. I did find that the IDE
was a bit sluggish if I had the MBS plugin installed.
I think it added so many commands that the RB auto-complete engine
slowed things typing down quite a bit. I did have 1.5G of RAM. You
can never have too much RAM but you can have too little.
