Hi all,

REALbasic 2006 Release 4
Mac OS X 10.4.8

After working a while on a project, I created a "backup" folder in its own
folder, make a copy of the current version ('twas time), add today’s date as a
prefix to the backup file.

And while I was at these, I decided to give a move meaningful name to my
project and does just that. Then, I've made some changes to the project (in the
About window) and checked - I forgot why - the project file name on the Finder.

1. The project window was not open anymore!

2. Because sometime after renaming the project, I saved it, I have the joy to
discover that now I have two copies (not counting the one in the backup folder)
of my project: one with the original name, and another with the brand new name!

tse tse tse, REALbasic is a bad boy!
[Repeat thrice after me]

When I do that with TextEdit, I do not have any trouble: the new name appears
when I go back in TextEdit!

Is it worth a bug report ?

Happy New Year everyone,

Emile
