The way we had implemented this is to simply to copy the text of a
resume to a text field containing the text of the resume and store the
actual resume in the blob record.
When some of our users wanted to query, we would simply do the query on
the text field.
I was hoping there was a better way.
Oracle and MS SQL allow for documents to be store(most db's can do this)
and queried(I was hoping rbsql could do this).
