I asked only to see if there was a Flat database solution already made,
and if so, I would have been willing to purchase such solution or if its
free use it.
I kept asking because some kept pushing client server solutions but the
application wont be running from a server, it will be running from a
file server and there cant be any installs.

That may be BUT the underlying database engine is not designed to
work this way nor does it support it
