On OS X 10.4.8 Intel Using RB2007r1 UB-IDE
The RB HTML Viewer and Safari do not render CSS in the same way.

Downloaded and checked. On my side, it doesn't look identical in
Safari and
Firefox, and your app is closer to Safari. However, I see there are some
funky things with the css in Safari too, like the grey menu bars
being sticky
after visiting.
10.4.8, UB-IDE, Firefox 2.0, Safari 2.0.4
I thought the RB HTMLViewer uses the Safari webkit? Anyway, to me it
looks
like there is a "problem" with the CSS, and not the viewer.
