I just noticed that the window that does not accept Return or Enter for the default pushbutton is a floating window rather than a movable modal window. Is this correct behaviour for a floatiing window?
I preferred a floating window over movable modal to display results from the app as it also gives users the option to access the Page Setup menu item from the File Menu which is enabled in a menu handler in the main documents window. The Page Setup menu handler is inaccessible from the problem window as it has no menu bar. Thanks in advance Paul On 1/8/07, Paul Rehill <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
After changing the default pushbutton in a window on an Intel Mac in the IDE, the new default button is clearly visible by its colour but pressing the return or enter key does not activate the button. Has anyone else observed this as it would be an uncommon action to take? I haven't reverted to an older project to test this (but I'm sure it was working before) nor tried to replicate it somehow from a basic project (yet). Other default buttons for other windows work correctly. I could not find a bug report on this.
