Hi,
I raised this last week here (or thereabouts) and got not a peep
which did surprize me, except one to refer to the RB forum where
Aaron Ballman is the toolbar guru. After a little banter I think he
went as far to say to have the toolbar buttons we'd expect seemed
like a reasonable request.
