I can successfully print with Linux in portrait mode (albeit at the wrong resolution - 72 dpi), but I cannot seem to be able to effect positioning of the page when printing in landscape mode. When I test the printer setup, and the graphics object, the information is exactly the same between portrait mode and landscaped mode - no difference in width or height. The drawn items do appear rotated 90 degrees on the page, but the entire page is shifted to the left and bottom of the page, so there is always some of the print out cut off.
I tested this with PSTester105, and got the same result when sending output in landscape mode. Has anyone gotten this to work? Is there some setup item I am missing?
