It would be good to get a definite answer from RS on this matter. I can
accept the case for them using an earlier version of RB than the latest
release ( in fact it could be argued that it is essential that they do NOT
use the latest release ) , but regardless of which version they use, it
would be good to know once and for all.  Maybe some of you guys going to the
RS conference can ask around...
