Any specific reason you want a bzip plugin??

The reason I ask is that Frank has a nice open source plugin based on zlib over at
http://developer.chaoticbox.com/

Alternatively, you can use a command line tool and just spool a new shell session

OS X - http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/15051
Win32 / Linux - http://www.digistar.com/bzip2/#bzip2-latest

I'm looking for someone to develop a bzip plugin for REALbasic. This plugin would have to implement the bzip2 compression algorithm--just block compression, not stream-style. It would also have to work cross-platform (Macintosh Universal and Windows).

I am willing to pay for this plugin. Please contact me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you can develop this plugin.

Thanks,
