You can't do it in Australia. But if you get a full standard version you still have the option of upgrading your pro licence later when your 6 months update period expires if you need some pro features later.

Hi, i contacted the Realbasic retailer for Germany (Application Systems Heidelberg) about my question, whether it is possible to downgrade from a Realbasic 5.5.5 licence to Realbasic 2007 standard. They said they don´t have a suitable product for that. After insisting to ask Realsoftware they said that i should send them (Application Systems) a mail and that they would ask whether it is possible. The reason is, i don´t understand why someone with a RB 5.5.5 standard licence could get the actual Rb 2007 RB standard half the price than someone with RB 5.5.5 profesional who paid a lot more for his licence. Ok till today (2 weeks ago when i send the mail to ASH) i did not get an answer. The ASH retailer seems to be lame as a duck, so i am asking here: is it possible? Did someone downgrade? Maybe someone from Realbasic could give an answer.
