I am using Vista Home Premium Build 6000 (De) and it uses the 48x48 Sized Icon. I've added my self to the List and updated the Report.

Pooh, I was hoping it (Vista) would just use the 128x128 ones I've been creating all along for my apps under OS X... :( Guess I won't be switching to Vista anytime soon - besides, it looks like M$ just ripped off Apple's UI elements again (esp.
