Um "some" people are having difficulty finding answers... Really!?  They
have 2 places to look and you conclude that's 1 too many??  Who are these
people?  

Of all the complaints for REAL to act on... This one sure falls under the
radar.  Unfortunately I can't access forums from my place of work.  So that
just turns the light out on my ability to find ANY answers.

For the record - I find that to be VERY INCONVIENENT.
