We believe to have fixed this problem in the upcoming release. If you have access to the betas, you can test if this is indeed the case, otherwise keep your eyes peeled for 2007r2.

Sometimes sounds play, then stop to play, come back... really strange. Looks like sound cache is full, because if you check if sound is playing, answer is true, even it's not.
Same game on Mac works perfectly.
